Returned Check

Any checks that are returned will be charged $25 on top of the balance of the check.

Registration
You must register for a class to reserve your spot. Please be sure to double check spelling on custom paintings.

Class Cancellation Policy
Custom sign classes are non-refundable.  Cancellations must be made 72 hours before a class in order to receive a credit toward a future class. The credit must be used within a year of the original class.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if less than 6 people sign up.

Private Party Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to book your private party.  Since we will be reserving the studio just for you, we hope that you understand deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be refunded once the minimum amount of guests register. In order to prepare for your awesome party, all guests must register 72 hours before the event.

Change Your Mind?

Please notify us with your change 72 hours before the event. If you aren't able to notify us before we cut the stencil, you will be charged $10 to cover the supplies.

Age Restriction
We have classes for both adults and children! All ages are welcome to our family painting parties. For all other children's classes, your child must be older than 5 to attend. Because of the presence of alcohol at our adult painting parties we require that all attendees be age 16 and older.

Alcohol Policy

If you choose to bring alcohol, please limit the amount to a single bottle, or one six-pack!

You must provide proof of age to consume alcohol in the studio, and we reserve the right to deny the use of our facilities to those that violate our alcohol policies. Please be advised that you consume alcohol at your own risk. Catalyst Art Studio LLC, as repeated down below in the Safety Waiver, is not responsible for any damages that may occur from your consumption of alcohol. In the event that a guest become too intoxicated they will be asked to leave. No refund or makeup class will be given.

 

Safety Waiver

I understand that I will use or be exposed to various hand tools, paint, sand paper, nails during events at Catalyst Art Studio LLC. I agree to be responsible for any damage I may cause.

 

I recognize there may be risks involved in using tools and other risks associated with consuming alcohol. I agree to be mindful and listen to and abide by all of Catalyst Art Studio LLC policies, instructions, rules and warnings. I assume full responsibility to myself, my belongings and any minor under my guardianship. 

 

I also agree to release and discharge Catalyst Art Studio LLC for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my or any minor under my guardianship participation in Catalyst Art Studio LLC events or my or any minor under my guardianship's presence in Catalyst Art Studio whether caused by me, any minor under my guardianship's, Catalyst Art Studio LLC or any third party.

I agree to indemnify and defend Catalyst Art Studio LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation or any minor under my guardianship's participation in Catalyst Art Studio LLC events or my or any minor under my guardianship's presence in Catalyst Art Studio LLC.

I HAVE READ CATALYST ART STUDIO LLC POLICIES AND THIS SAFETY WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND THEM.  I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING UP OR BEING PRESENT IN OR AROUND CATALYST ART STUDIO LLC, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.

All of our paintings, creative designs, logos, photographs, and any other digital property are protected by copyright and federal law, and any unauthorized use or copying without permission from Catalyst Art Studio LLC is expressly prohibited.

Disruptive Behavior

In the event that a child becomes physical in any way they will be asked to leave the studio. This behavior will not be tolerated. The child will not be allowed to attend any future classes/programs. All pre-purchased tickets will be forfeited with no refunds. If wanted materials will be provided for the project to be completed at home.

If a child is disruptive during classes they may be asked to leave. This includes inappropriate language, not using materials correctly or in a dangerous manner, destroying other guests artwork or personal property. No refunds will be given if the child is not able to behave in an appropriate way. You may have materials provided to take home if child is not able to return.

We have put these rules in place to protect everyone. We hope to have a fun, safe and enjoyable place for children to be creative!
